14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Before returning the product, you are required to contact our customer support team at help@gracer.co to initiate the return process. Returns will not be accepted unless this step is followed.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the necessary instructions, including a shipping label. Please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping costs for the return.
The returned item must be sent to the following address: Mannisenmäentie 8, 40270 Finland.
Damages and Issues If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items Certain items, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union Cooling-off Period If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, as long as the item meets the above return conditions.
Refunds After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at help@gracer.co.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
