Return Policy: 14 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Process: Before returning any item, contact help@gracer.co. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: We process refunds within 10 business days after inspection. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Report any defects, damage, or incorrect items immediately for resolution.
Non-returnable Items: Custom, personal care, and perishable goods, as well as sale items and gift cards, cannot be returned.
Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Customers in the EuropeanUnion can return orders within 14 days for any reason, provided the item meets return conditions.
